PRODUCT FEATURES:
INGREDIENTS: white beans, chickpeas, yellow lentils, yellow peas with yellow corn, white corn, and millet all steamed, hulled, and triple low-temperature dried.
Add only water to the GUSTO BENESSERE® mixture because it's already fully cooked. Serve the balls without cooking them, or sauté them, or add them to a tomato sauce.
It can also be used as a breading or formed into larger shapes like burgers.
CHEF'S TIP
The mixture binds very well with vegetables: add 30g of grated cooked or raw vegetables to make up to 12 balls.

YIELD: 50g mix + 75g water = 8 balls (3cm diameter) or 2 burgers (8cm diameter)
